At MOUZ LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality natural hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, hair treatments, tonics, and serums. All products are carefully inspected and securely sealed before shipping to minimize the risk of leakage or damage during transit.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. MOUZ LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be approved:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Products must remain unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
- All accessories, promotional items, gifts, or free products included with the order must also be returned.
- Returned items showing signs of use, testing, tampering, damage, or missing components may be rejected or subject to a reduction in the refund amount.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tested.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you wish to return your order for reasons not attributable to MOUZ LLC, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Accidental purchase
- No longer wanting the item
You may return the eligible products according to the conditions stated above.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the products. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Upon verification, MOUZ LLC will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. In these cases, MOUZ LLC will cover the applicable shipping costs.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS & INDIVIDUAL SENSITIVITIES
Our products contain natural ingredients that may affect individuals differently depending on their skin type, sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions.
If a product causes an allergic reaction, irritation, or sensitivity, this will not be considered a defect or fault of the product and therefore does not qualify as a return due to a product defect.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
